Mike Conlin – Founder
Mike is a local resident of Champaign and has worked in the building industry for 25 years with extensive experience in engineering, design, and construction. He holds a Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois and a Masters in Finance from North Central College in Naperville, IL. Mike started his career as a project manager in 1987 and has experience in commercial, residential, and industrial construction.

Adam Yoder – Partner
Adam has been involved with project management, construction, and woodworking all his life and has a passion for home building. He is a local resident of Tolono and holds a Bachelor degree from the University of Illinois. Adam takes a hands-on approach to all building projects, ensuring each Premier Home is built with the customer in mind.
